Americans should not be forced to risk our lives to vote.
In April, thousands of voters were forced to wait in crowded lines for hours in order to cast their ballot in the disastrous Wisconsin primary.
In the midst of the coronavirus pandemic, too many states lack the funds and resources to offer voters safe ways to cast their ballot.
We call on Congress to pass the House’s $3.6 billion election funding bill to expand vote-by-mail, early voting, online and same-day registration, ensure the safety of voters and poll workers, and require states take steps to ensure accessibility for all voters.
